Buy the shares
The SPV acquires the listed micro-cap through Interactive Brokers.
Off-chainStratton Market brings exchange-listed micro-caps on-chain, one share to one token, backed one for one. Then it turns every ticker into a launchpad quote asset. The boiler room, rebuilt trustless.
One token is one share. If the share doubles, your tokens double. Nothing rebases.
A regulated SPV buys the real shares through the broker and parks them, fully paid, at a custodian. The custodian attests the settled shares on-chain. Only then does the mint controller issue the token. The launchpad never touches a share, it just quotes against it.

MEME / TICKERxSell TICKERx on its pool. Only the market maker mints and redeems, against custody.

ExitBalances never rebase. The token tracks a share, so when the stock runs, the token runs with it. If the on-chain price drifts, mint and redeem arbitrage pulls it back, exactly like an ETF creation and redemption. Reverse splits, constant on micro-caps, ride a multiplier, not a burn.
A mint that would push supply past the attested shares reverts. A redemption invalidates the old attestation, so sold shares can never back a later mint.
Every launch fee and every trading fee the protocol earns lands on one contract. It splits them on a ratio written into the bytecode as a constant, and it cannot be talked out of it.
Bought on the open market, sent to the dead address.
Stated openly rather than folded into the burn number.
Liquidity the protocol holds and does not pull.
The contract has no owner, no pause, no upgrade path and no withdraw function. The split is fixed, the destinations are fixed, and the swap route was written once at deployment. Anyone can trigger a run and is paid 0.1% of the buy for doing it. Nobody, including us, can redirect a single wei of it.
