How the list was built
Wallets sent ETH to a public contract that returned it in the same transaction, so nobody paid anything and the contract never held a balance. What persisted was the record of having held the funds. That list settled and froze itself permanently, and we imported all 19,522 addresses as approved launchers. It is a proof of balance, not an identity check.
